THE SCIENCE ALSO SAYS IT’S BEST TO SLEEP AND WAKE AT THE SAME TIMES 7 DAYS A WEEK.

TRY: MEDITATION, CONNECTING WITH THE BIGGER EXISTENCE OF LIFE, GAINING PERSPECTIVE BY CONNECTING WITH THE COMMUNITY, FIND WAYS TO RESTORE SENSE OF HOPE, FIND A CHURCH OR SUPPORT GROUP WITH PEOPLE WHO VIEW LIFE SIMILAR TO YOU (OR MAYBE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!)


IT’S IMPORTANT TO FIGURE OUT WHICH TYPE OF REST YOU’RE NEEDING AT THIS TIME.
