Sabrina provided an outstanding amount of knowledge regarding my form during exercises, diet, and recovery. She was able to adjust my program accordingly to my needs whenever necessary, gave me motivation to continue during hard workouts, and would give me crap on the days that I didn't eat as much as I should have hahaha! In the three years I trained with Sabrina, I not only gained 35lbs of muscle and self-esteem, I made a great friend in the process. Before starting, what were you hoping to get out of this coaching experience?

What new personal strengths have you developed from this coaching experience and how does it impact your life?

I feel more like me. Working out has always been a part of my identity. Spending most of last year on the couch turned my world upside down. Showing up (along with other really amazing women) is building a new and evolving confidence in me.

“On a personal level, I knew Sabrina was the right trainer for me from the first session.

My goals at the beginning were very modest as I was still recovering from a very serious ankle injury. She developed a personalized exercise program for me and created very innovative ways to work within my limitations. When she saw that I could do more, she gradually increased the level of difficulty and intensity of the training sessions. Sabrina made sure I had the right fitness program and motivated me to lead a healthy lifestyle (for example, encouraging me to eat the right food and get enough sleep).
