A No Bullsh*t approach to health and wellness coaching.
OWN YOUR LIFE ▪ OWN YOUR LIFE ▪
OWN YOUR LIFE ▪ OWN YOUR LIFE ▪
I'm a coach, not a babysitter.
I can't do the work for you.
I can't make you *want* to learn or implement the necessary changes in your life.
Nor is it my responsibility to make sure you're bringing 100% to session and making smart choices when you're not in front of me.
There are 168 hours in a week. Of that, I usually see my clients for 1-3 hours in a 7 day period. Much of your changes and progress will take place outside of our time together.
I'm a holistic coach; I place heavy emphasis and value on how all aspects of wellness overlap (emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual.) That means, what happens outside of the gym absolutely influences what happens inside the gym. Your performance, recovery, and progress are directly related and contingent on how well you're eating, sleeping, managing stress etc.
My most successful clients, by a LONG shot, are the ones that apply the same effort, dedication, intensity, and lessons that take place during our 60 minutes together to all other aspects of life. The carry-over is essential.
Time is the most valuable thing we have. I want all of my clients to get the very most out of their time (and money) working with me. So if you're going to join my roster, please be all in.
You have to be ready to do the work for this to be successful. Don’t come in thinking the coach is going to fix your life.
It’s not their job.
Sabrina means business but requires your commitment to yourself first!

I would recommend Sabrina to all of my friends.
She always showed up prepared to challenge me and always had great, positive energy. Sabrina knows how to teach the basics to beginners and how to challenge and build strength and stamina to more experienced athletes. She is by far the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer I’ve ever worked with.

I have had many trainers before Sabrina, and without a doubt, Sabrina was the most professional, attentive, and goal-oriented trainer I have ever had. Sabrina knows how to make training fun. She always showed up to our session with a positive, energetic attitude that was so contagious. Sabrina was also fantastic at explaining the reasoning behind certain movements and demonstrating multiple times if needed.
She is dedicated and passionate about living a healthy lifestyle herself, which is very admirable.
